From posting to first day
Posting takes about ten minutes. Everything after that runs on the cycle below.

- How much of our time does this take?
- A manager for the student, and the interviews. Posting, screening, shortlisting and scheduling are ours.
- Which programs can we host?
- Summer Internship — 8–12 weeks with a project and a supervisor — or Job Shadowing, 2–5 days of observation. Either, or both.
- Who are the students?
- Undergraduates from universities across Saudi Arabia. Internships are open from second year up; shadowing has no experience requirement.
- How many candidates will we see?
- Three or four per seat, each one read by a committee member before it reaches you.
